Ingredients for 4 cups
- 750 g plain yogurt
- 1 Tsp elderflower syrup
- 2.5cm ginger, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds, roasted and ground
- pinch of salt
- pinch of sugar
- 1 tsp black pepper, coarsely ground
place yogurt, elderflower syrup, cumin seeds, salt and sugar in a blender with 12 ice cubes and 2.25dl water and blend until smooth.
serve in a glass, sprinkled with black pepper.
